Last week, I confessed my obsession with Pinterest. There I said it. I am addicted to this tack board of beautiful crafts, breathtaking home decor, and mouth watering recipes. If you’re not on Pinterest… Go. Now. Need an invite? I’ll send you one.
If you ARE on Pinterst, then you already know what kind of obsession this is. I’ve tried out FIVE new recipes off My Kitchen Pantry board and I’m kind of bummed that I decided to only share one pin a week with you all, but that just means, I’ll never run out of cool Pinterest finds to post, right? So, this week, I’m sharing a creative pizza bread that makes for a PERFECT Super Bowl Party food.
I tried my hand at making it for the very first Houston Texans playoff game. I liked the fact that you need very little ingredients. Grab up sourdough bread loaf, pepperoni, and provolone cheese. I already had all the seasonings in my pantry. I will say that cutting the bread was a little tricky. The Girl Who Ate Everything says that in her post. So, it wasn’t a surprise, but I REALLY need to invest in a good bread knife. Check out what it looked like before I filled it with pepperoni and cheese:
Now check out what it looked like afterwards:
Now, I know you’re wondering how do I make it? Well, if it was MY recipe, I’d post it right here, but since this is a “Pin of the Week”, I give The Girl Who Ate Everything all the credit. You can head over to her site to find the Bloomin Pizza Bread recipe AND while you’re there, checkout her Bloomin’ Onion Bread Recipe too. She’s my new favorite foodie, but Shhhhh…. she might think I’m a stalker.
I mentioned how perfect this was for “Game Day Food.” What’s your favorite thing to whip up for Super Bowl?
