Easter is over and I can be really honest here and say I ate my fair share of junk. It was three days of celebration with great food and great company, but now we’re hitting Monday and I feel, not only sluggish, but a wee bit guilty as well. My plans are to do three things today to burn a bit more calories than I normally would.
The last few weeks, I’ve brought you some really great music by Mandisa. She has a new album out and some of those songs were created due, in large part, to her struggles with her weight.
